Android app + web console · works offline at the ground and syncs later

The training and development platform built only for goalkeepers

An exercise library organised by age group, session plans and periodisation, fixtures and calendar, reaction drills measured frame by frame, and video analysis that comes back in plain language. Structured around growth stage, from U7 to senior.

Three things it does

Session management, interactive drills and video analysis. Each solves a different problem in goalkeeper coaching, and all three feed one another.

Session management
·A categorised library: warm-up, goalkeeping technique, agility, plyometrics, strength, injury prevention, mobility and match-specific work
·Session plans, mesocycles, periodisation, and assignment to athletes and squads
·A calendar of sessions, assessments and matches, with call-ups and minutes played per goalkeeper
·Import the league calendar from a PDF or pasted text
Interactive drills
·Reaction and agility as mini-games, with latency measured frame by frame
·Camera-based motion detection at roughly 30 frames per second
·Multi-device rooms, Flash Mode and live leaderboards
·Six difficulty levels, with per-drill rankings both local and global
Video analysis
·Clip → server-side pose estimation → angles, symmetry and timings
·Observations to be confirmed, in plain language, never a diagnosis
·A printable, watermarked report
·A suggestion to the parent or guardian that a clinical assessment may be worthwhile
Exercise library

Eight categories, filtered by age group and season phase

Every exercise carries a category, sub-category, age group, season phase, duration and intensity. Coaches filter, duplicate and adapt or submit a new exercise. It is reviewed before it joins the shared library.

Plans, season and matches

The whole season on a single axis: time

Sessions, plans, assignments and periodisation stop living in separate places. The calendar brings together training, physiotherapy plans, assessments and matches, and tells them apart by activity type.

Match
·Sessions, plans, assignments and periodisation in one place
·Week, month and fixture views; reschedule by dragging on the web or long-pressing in the app
·Open call-ups, with automatic notice to those selected and to their guardians
·Minutes per goalkeeper logged after the match, feeding into the week's load
Interactive drills

Reaction and agility, measured frame by frame

The camera detects movement at roughly 30 frames per second and measures the latency of each cue. Multi-device rooms put teammates head to head in real time; Flash Mode puts one goalkeeper against several scattered targets.

Six months on, you can prove they improved

Every attempt is logged against the athlete. Progress stops being an impression and becomes a line you can show the goalkeeper, the family and the club.

Maturation

Compared against others at the same growth stage

A U13 who hasn't grown yet shouldn't be measured with the same ruler as one who has. In physical tests maturation counts, and a less mature goalkeeper who is ahead earns credit for it. In reaction and decision-making it doesn't: that is pure skill, and the comparison is direct.

Maturation countsPhysical and movement
Jumping, sprinting, agility and movement drills such as Flash and Moving target.
SkillReaction and decision
Simple reaction, Go/No-Go and decision accuracy in Simon. Here maturation barely counts.
ContextGrowth and load
Height, weight and wingspan over time, and the week's load across training, physio and matches.

Mind & confidence

The part nobody trains

Seven short routines on focus, reflection and confidence, done on the goalkeeper's own time. The mind work is theirs alone. With physical sessions, the coach sees it once completed.

Video analysis

Observations to confirm, never a diagnosis

A clip is uploaded, pose estimation returns angles, symmetry and timings, and the result reaches the goalkeeper in plain language. The report is printable and watermarked, and it feeds the planning of the next session.

Live pose in the app
The app captures the set position; the server runs the full estimation.
Benchmarked metrics
Angles and symmetry compared against the expected range for the age group.
Never raw numbers to the athlete
The goalkeeper gets simple cues; the full values stay in the technical profile.
Defined retention
Stored frames have an expiry date and are deleted at the end of it.

Five roles, one platform

The data belongs to the athlete. Sharing grants read access, not write: and granting or withdrawing access to a minor's data is always the guardian's decision.

This is a platform used by minors. It was designed accordingly.

Purpose-by-purpose consent, reversible at any time; professional verification for anyone accessing clinical data; two-factor and biometrics; and an access audit visible to the data subject.

Consent by purpose — app, rankings, pose analysis — reversible at any time
Turning analysis off deletes that athlete's stored frames; it isn't a promise, it's the same switch
Professional verification is required before any access to clinical data
Shortened name, and photo only by choice, in rankings for athletes under 13
View-as and break-glass access require a reason, are logged, and are visible to the person concerned
